Are you sure he's a TMNT? Could he be the Hulk?? It's possible. Or it's just possible he's just escaped from the "Home".

So is he a teenager? Or older. He seems to have a beer-belly happening, but that couldn't be if he's only a teenager. But then if he's an adult, I find the whole thing more disturbing than ever.
