It's been years, and I've totally forgotten how insipid and over-acted that show was...
Tootie WAS always my favorite. We just "connected" for some reason. Now I know..

... although while I DID like Jo a little bit, I wasn't quite ready to see a lesbian on prime time. She was ahead of her time, I'm afraid. NOW i like her. aLOT.
I learned a lot from that show.
At the end of the show's run, I remember that skinny little red-haired white boy that had the hots for Tootie. You may ask yourself: "Why does this guy remember so much about this show?" Well, we used to watch it alot at our slumber parties. It was always a favorite. We'd talk for hours, make popcorn, brush each other's hair, and discuss which Facts-Of-Life girl we like best.
